In general the mPanel console is very reliable, however there are three known issues that can cause connectivity issues for some users:
1. mPanel console runs on a non-default HTTPS port, which some strict firewalls will block. Check your home/office firewall and ensure it does not block the connection; you may like to whitelist connections to ws-rescue.mammothvps.com.au
2. mPanel console can only be used by a single user (and single tab). Ensure you do not have a co-worker using mPanel at the same time, and that you do not have mPanel dashboard open in a second tab as it will 'steal' the connection from you.
3. mPanel console requires you to remain logged into mPanel. Confirm you have not logged out, or your session timed out by clicking browser refresh button.
